Send Bugpot reports to Wrike

The Wrike integration creates a task in the folder or project you pick, with Bugpot priority mapped to Wrike importance and the screenshot uploaded as an attachment.

Bugpot × Wrike

Turn Bugpot reports into Wrike tasks in a folder or project with priority and status mapped.

Status pills flow both ways.

How the sync works

Two-way sync, not a fire-and-forget webhook

Bugpot writes the report into Wrike and then watches for changes coming back — status, comments and closes — so the two systems stay in step without anyone re-typing anything.

Outbound

Bugpot → Wrike

Reports become tasks in the folder you pick, with the screenshot attached and priority mapped to Wrike importance.

Inbound

Wrike → Bugpot

Task status changes update the Bugpot report; comments post back into the Bugpot thread.

Field map

What lands where

Every Bugpot field has a home in Wrike. The defaults are sensible; you can remap any of them from the workspace settings if your setup names things differently.

Setup

Five steps, about five minutes

The whole thing runs through OAuth — you don’t paste tokens, and Bugpot only requests the scopes it needs to create issues and read status changes.

  1. In Bugpot, open Settings → Integrations and click Connect Wrike.

  2. Authorise Bugpot via OAuth and choose the folder that receives new tasks.

  3. Map Bugpot statuses to columns or stages in Wrike.

  4. Decide whether comments in Wrike post back into the Bugpot thread — on by default.

  5. Send a test report and check the task appears with the screenshot attached.
