Pricing questions
What counts as a website?
A website is one project in your workspace — usually one domain. Each project gets its own embed key, feedback forms, inbox and settings. Subdomains you want triaged together can share a project.
What happens when I hit the website limit on Free?
Existing projects keep working and collecting feedback. You just can't create new ones until you upgrade or archive an old project.
How does the 14-day trial work on paid plans?
You get the full plan for 14 days before the first charge. Cancel inside the trial from the billing page and you pay nothing.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes — changes are prorated by Stripe automatically. Switching to yearly effectively gets you two months free.
Do you offer refunds?
If Bugpot isn't working out in your first 30 days on a paid plan, email us and we'll refund the payment in full.
Can I self-host instead of paying?
The stack is self-hostable for teams with strict data-residency requirements. Get in touch via the contact page and we'll point you at the setup docs.
